Thai mushrooms
300g/10oz mixed mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 Thai chili peppers, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup or sugar
1 handful Thai basil (any kind you like)
peanut oil
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry 1 minute.
Then add the mushrooms, stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, then the agave syrup/sugar, stir-fry 1 minute.
Add the Thai basil, stir-fry 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
